Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week is the international event that brings the entire bridal & fashion universes together each year at the same time and place in Barcelona and has done so for more than 30 editions.
For 5 days, bridal, groom, party and accessory fashion take to the catwalk in Fashion Shows full of magic and business in the Trade Show’s exhibition area.
It is our ability to concentrate passion, creativity, business and media notoriety, putting fashion at the center, that has consolidated us as the global benchmark event for the industry … and all this in an emblematic location in the heart of the city of Barcelona.
At BBFW2026, we look towards the future without forgetting those who have brought us here.
“On the shoulders of Giants” is a tribute to the people and brands that have propelled bridal and occasion fashion, turning Barcelona into a global showcase.
This edition pays homage to often-overlooked historical figures while celebrating contemporary talent and creative freedom.
Inspired by female creativity through the figure of German designer Lilly Reich —collaborator and partner of Mies van der Rohe, whose work remained in the background for years despite her decisive contribution.
The new image of BBFW honors local talent and timeless beauty.The visual concept combines ensembles from Catalan brands interpreted by two models from different generations and styles. The contrast between them highlights that fashion is a creative space that transcends conventions, celebrates diversity, and keeps alive the essence of every personality.
