If you’re a bridal brand or designer interested in joining the BBFW26 Trade Show, reach out to our team through the contact form. If your proposal meets the participation requirements and space is available, our sales team will get in touch to guide you through all the details of the process.
Your brand should operate in the bridal, red carpet, cocktail, accessories, or communion sectors and have a wholesale presence or plans to sell internationally. Complete documentation and international production capacity are also required. Keep in mind that BBFW is a 100% B2B event, created to connect brands with boutiques, distributors, and industry professionals from around the world.
If your brand is a good fit for the BBFW26 Trade Show, our sales team will get back to you with details on the next steps and participation requirements.
Once your brand has been approved by our sales team, we recommend uploading your latest collection to the Brand Directory as soon as possible, including high-quality product photos, contact information, and links to your website.

The more complete your information, the easier it will be for buyers to preview your collection and plan their visit to your Trade Show stand.
One of the key requirements to participate in the Fashion Shows is having a confirmed space at the Trade Show. Your designated sales contact will serve as your main point of reference, assessing availability and requirements to determine whether your brand is eligible to take part in the next edition of the Fashion Shows.
Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week (BBFW) is the leading international B2B event dedicated to bridal, eveningwear, accessories and occasion fashion. Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week 2027 will take place from 14 to 18 April 2027 at Fira de Barcelona’s Montjuïc Venue (Plaça Espanya). The event will be held across Halls 1, 2 and 8, bringing together the international bridal fashion industry for five days of Fashion Shows, business opportunities, networking and innovation.
BBFW combines international Fashion Shows with one of the industry’s largest Trade Shows, welcoming brands, buyers and media from around the world. Its global reach, business focus and commitment to innovation make it a key event in the bridal calendar.
BBFW is exclusively for professionals, including buyers, retailers, designers, distributors, media, stylists, wedding planners, content creators and other bridal industry experts.

BBFW is a fully professional event. To obtain accreditation, you will need to verify your professional activity according to your profile.
The following profiles are eligible to access Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week:
- Buyer
- Bridal & Fashion Creator (Wedding Planner, Content Creator or Stylist)
- Industry Professional
- Press / Graphic

To request your accreditation, go to the “Passes / Invitations” page. You will need to select your profile type (Buyer, Bridal & Fashion Creator, Industry Professional, Press) and complete the corresponding registration form. Once submitted, our team will review your application to ensure you meet the requirements, and you will receive an email with the outcome of your request.
No, you cannot change your pass. In this case, you will need to start the registration process for the new pass you wish to request.
Once you receive the email confirming your approved application, your pass will be attached in PDF format in the same email, which you can download or print.
If your application is denied, it is because some of the requirements or documents you provided did not meet the established criteria. In this case, if you are an industry professional and wish to visit our Trade Show, you always have the option to purchase an Industry Professional pass.
No, Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week does not allow entry for professionals without accreditation, except if you have an official invitation to a fashion show, either from the designer or the organization.
No, please remember that each accreditation is personal and non-transferable. If you want to attend with a colleague or team member, they will need to request their own pass. They can do this by accessing the “Registration” page, selecting their profile, and completing the corresponding process.
This depends on your profile. The form is personalized according to the type of pass requested. We ask for the information needed to validate your credentials. The process is quick and simple, taking no more than 2 minutes. 😉
You will receive your accreditation as a PDF attached to the confirmation email.
You can print it, save it to your device, add it to your Wallet, or view it in the Official BBFW 2026 App (available from March).
To access Fira Barcelona, you only need to show your digital accreditation on your mobile.
If you want to speed up entry, you can bring a printed copy from home. Otherwise, you can collect a printed version at the entrance by showing your digital pass.
If you work in media or are a journalist, you can request a PRESS or GRAPHIC pass once the corresponding registration form becomes available. The form will open from January, so we recommend staying tuned to our official website for updates.
If you haven’t received any email regarding your pass application after submitting the form, please check the following:
• Make sure [email protected] is added to your safe sender list.
• Check your spam/junk folder, as the email may have been delivered there.
If, after these checks, you still haven’t received any email, contact [email protected].
Press accreditation for BBFW27 is not yet open. Registration is expected to open around January. The exact dates, requirements, and application process will be announced on the official website.
