To request your accreditation, go to the “Registration” page. You will need to select your profile type (Buyer, Bridal & Fashion Creator, Industry Professional, Press) and complete the corresponding registration form. Once submitted, our team will review your application to ensure you meet the requirements, and you will receive an email with the outcome of your request.

No, you cannot change your pass. In this case, you will need to start the registration process for the new pass you wish to request.

Once you receive the email confirming your approved application, your pass will be attached in PDF format in the same email, which you can download or print.

If your application is denied, it is because some of the requirements or documents you provided did not meet the established criteria. In this case, if you are an industry professional and wish to visit our Trade Show, you always have the option to purchase an Industry Professional pass.

No, Barcelona Bridal Fashion Week does not allow entry for professionals without accreditation, except if you have an official invitation to a fashion show, either from the designer or the organization.

No, please remember that each accreditation is personal and non-transferable. If you want to attend with a colleague or team member, they will need to request their own pass. They can do this by accessing the “Registration” page, selecting their profile, and completing the corresponding process.

This depends on your profile. The form is personalized according to the type of pass requested. We ask for the information needed to validate your credentials. The process is quick and simple, taking no more than 2 minutes. 😉

You will receive your accreditation as a PDF attached to the confirmation email.
You can print it, save it to your device, add it to your Wallet, or view it in the Official BBFW 2026 App (available from March).
To access Fira Barcelona, you only need to show your digital accreditation on your mobile.
If you want to speed up entry, you can bring a printed copy from home. Otherwise, you can collect a printed version at the entrance by showing your digital pass.

If you work in media or are a journalist, you can request a PRESS or GRAPHIC pass once the corresponding registration form becomes available. The form will open from January, so we recommend staying tuned to our official website for updates.
